    Thanks for the refund. However, I would rather a seller admit they can't provide something, than take a customer's money for 10 days, then claim order was 'lost in the post'. As a seller myself I totally understand that the odd bit of mail goes astray every so often but your feedback shows that this happens too frequently for it to always be this. I've not left negative feedback because you have refunded me really quickly (though only as I opened a case!) But why go through all this so often?!
