Sadly the item did not arrive. After six weeks I enquired whether a refund was possible. I quickly got an automated reply asking me to return the item, but the next morning, after a further response from my side, an employee contacted me that they would be happy to refund me, and I just got the notice from eBay too. So all in all this was handled to my satisfaction, hence a positive rating from me.
