Same story as many others. Terrible communication. Takes weeks to ship (if it even really shipped at all). Seller promises express shipping but then tells you he mistakenly used bargain shipping without tracking. Only communication is when you get eBay involved, and seller returned my daughter's money. It was a money she saved for almost a year to buy this figure. Avoid avoid avoid!

Doll is beautiful and the quality is excellent. One niggle is that I asked for delivery by a certain date since this was a gift, and offered to pay for expedited shipping. I then received a bill for over £120 before the doll could be delivered. I understand that I asked but it would have been nice to have had the confirmation that it had been done, and to have had a warning that I should expect a large bill. Otherwise I am happy, and so was my daughter when she saw her present.
