Los consumidores tienen el siguiente derecho de desistimiento.

El consumidor tiene derecho a desistir del presente contrato en un plazo de 30 días a partir de la recepción del pedido sin necesidad de justificación.

Para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, debe iniciar la solicitud a través de Ebay colocado en los detalles de la orden.

Consecuencias del desistimiento:

Si desiste del presente contrato, deberemos reembolsarle todos los pagos que hayamos recibido de usted, excluidos los gastos de envío. El reembolso se iniciará en un plazo de 48 horas a partir de la recepción de la mercancía devuelta.
