These are the loveliest socks I've found - they were really for my husband but he didn't find them roomy enough (he's a 10) - I would buy a bigger size for him if that was an option. He has dementia and can be a bit difficult about things so I wouldn't let that put you off. I love them - I feel the extra comfort of how thick they are and I'm glad I've ended up with them (I'm a wide 8). I would definitely buy more.
