Lid & can are ALL metal. The lid is original to can and is missing any paper label. The can itself has 99% of the original label. On right side of label in pencil someone wrote the date April 21, 1935 (likely when they started using the contents). Lid has dark patina & light surface rust, while bottom has scattered dark patina, a little bit of light surface rust, but still has quite a bit of shiny metal. The INTERIOR of metal lid/can is VERY shiny with a little bit of patina and minimal surface rust. There is one ding to lower right of can, much easier to see on interior than exterior.”
