I'm sorry to say this, but I have to defend myself.
The buyer is lying! As I explained to him a number of times and eBay also explained to him.
I shipped the product on time. Because in Israel during those days I sent the product to the shipping company there was a complete closure on the country delayed the corona plague.
The buyer is not ready to understand this. But that's the truth.
Eventually eBay ruled in favor of my case.
