Great, but not sturdy as I imagined. One was a bit too small and rubbing the paint, even with the foam liner, so I randomly tried to bend it open and to my surprise it was extremely easy. It feels like a mix between metal and plastic in softness. Harder then abs, softer then metal. Anyways, it's probably just aluminum or something soft. They work great for my Tal 150P, a very heavy 6inch 174mm newt on my AVX. These are the best price/ cheapest rings available for the US in the 175mm diameter.
