Lors de la commande, il y avait une réduction si on en prenait plusieurs. Celle-ci n’a pas été effectuée et lors de la réception les pièces sont d’occasion et pas neuves et un antiparasite ne tient pas correctement sur la bougie très déçu de mon achat.

Je suis désolé que vous soyez très déçu de votre achat, les pièces sont garanties donc le remplacement de l'antiparasite défecteux était possible.
En revanche, les pièces ne sont pas neuves et bien d'occasion comme précisé dans l'annonce et la remise de 10% pour achat multiple a bien été effectuée.
