Arrived on time and in working condition however, I was very dissatisfied with the remote being rather dirty. I understand that it is in used condition but it did not appear as anything that couldn't have been removed before shipping. It was covered in grime and dirt which easily came off with a Clorox wipe so not a big deal. I was simply expecting the obvious dirt that couldn't be removed without effort and scratches traditional signs of wear but it was actually just dirty.
