Figurine arrived broken into pieces. Seller had not bubble wrapped it but wrapped it loosely in thin foam sheets and placed in small box inside another larger box. No “fragile” marking on outside box.
When contacted, she did not take responsibility or offer refund, but blamed postal service for handling. And said she’d never had trouble with breakage with double boxes before. I received a full refund from eBay after returning the pieces to the seller (who stated she did not accept returns.)
