    First, this product is made-to-order. It took over a week to ship and I found that out by checking. Second, the item was damaged. The seller was responsible for return shipping costs, but this seller did not provide a return shipping label until a refund decision was made by ebay. I understand the cost of international return shipping, but I would have liked to have received a refund as soon as possible without the buyer having to contact ebay or offer a refund, as refunds are inevitable.
