Seller did not listen to my instructions/advise regarding shipping and the item arrived damaged. Refused to refund me immediately like a normal seller would, lied about handling things and times he’d get back to me, eventually ignored my messages entirely and I needed ebay to step in and resolve the issue and refund. me.

The package was packaged correctly
And handled incorrectly by UPS,. It was damaged by the handler. At which time I was notified, I called UPS and waited for the damage claim before I can process the order and refund. Sorry for the inconvenience things happen. I’ve never had this problem before in my entire life. And I been with eBay i for almost 20 years without incident or complaint.
