Antes de comprar, pregunté si cambiaban los ejes a AC gratis, como hacen muchas tiendas con otras marcas. Respondieron rápidamente que comprara el artículo, que el tècnico haria el cambio el lunes. Recibo el artículo, y todos los vagones llevan los ejes originales de DC: no han realizado ningún cambio, y no me lo han comunicado préviamente antes de enviar el artículo. Demorando respuestas a mis preguntas, se disculpan por el error y ofrecen sin pedirlo que devuelva el artículo. Declino hacerlo.
