Had some bent pins on one edge. Through around some hairy words and (with magnifier, small screwdriver and patience) found the hole(s).

Neve received the Dell laptop . Created label and claimed it was shipped, but per USPS, they didn't receive the shipment. Tracking wasn't updated, the seller was absolutely unhelpful, even tried to gaslight when I contacted them after talking with USPS.
For the final straw, they went silent when I eventually asked for clarification/refund. Now the same item, last in stock when I ordered, is back on at +30% the price.
Beware you'll be on your own and out of your money/luck with this seller.
