I do apologize. I will not dispute the claim. Just didn't see the message. This is a business, not a personal seller. We do miss emails, sometimes. I apologize for the inconvenience.. We are using eBay to sell off Old-New stock just sitting around the shop. To keep the packaging "New Unopened" we don't open them to check them, but we do know that the items we sell are brand new at the time we purchased them and have never been opened or used.
