The book itself was a bargain, but communication and postage time was poor and definitely not as described. Order placed 22/4/24 with arrival time given (Royal Mail) as between 1-8/5/14. When it hadn’t been dispatched 5th May, I sent an email to nudge them. They replied the next day to say they’d just posted it, which was untrue. In actuality they posted it (Yodel, not Royal Mail) on 9th May, which was the day after the latest day it was supposed to have arrived. It actually arrived 13th May.
