Seller was insistent on asking TOO many questions. I confirmed with seller that the part was compatible with my laptop many times, seller still insisted on it not being compatible. Cancelled the purchase and got it from another seller on Amazon. Installed on my laptop and it works like a charm

It's because your laptop model and fan don't match. And you are modifying the graphics card, which will largely cause fan incompatibility. If you return the item, you will need to pay expensive shipping fees. That's why I asked you for more details. My kindness has been hurt by you.
