This whole transaction experience has negatively altered my opinion of eBay. I will be further escalating to eBay's Executive Leadership this particular transaction's issues (delaying tactics and not accepting returns as stated in the listing); as well as, eBay's Customer Service Leadership Team's inability/unwillingness to correct/address eBay's "single-use" return policy (even when a closed return was clearly started in error). Three weeks wasted dealing with "csvtion"!
