Not much communication until shipped. Shipping was very fast. I won 2 laptop bids and they packed both of them WAY TOO TIGHT into an enclosure that was meant for 1. It was difficult to remove the laptops. It was packed so tight that the lid/screen of one was pressed into the keyboard and made key marks on the screen. Computer runs well except it runs hot.
