Despite it being in new condition (being wrapped in plastic), the case came with a couple of broken parts, on the bottom of the second half of the case and the bottom part of the CD push holster, as a result the DVD is severely scratched all over for being off the holster. Surprisingly, when I tested it, it does still work normally.
