Seller provided false advertisement. She described these as Brand New, never used boots. That was untrue. The boots had some minor scuff marks, dirt on them, as well as dirt and a few rocks on the sole of the boots. I asked for a minor refund (refund shipping costs) to offset the difference, but have been repeatedly ignored by the seller despite my numerous attempts to resolve this. Seller doesn’t accept returns which is fine, but I was hoping that a discount could be provided.
