Very disappointed. The cup was cracked and was glued on the bottom. Also, it was supposed to come with a straw and the seller didn’t mention anything about it. Lastly, it arrived very late. Seller said that it was a weather issue.

You could of requested for a refund and we could of resolved this before leaving negative feedback. The cup is not cracked on the bottom i sent you photos of the smudge on the bottom of the cup, the cup was delayed due to weather according to usps. i would of appreciated if you would of contacted me and resolved it that way instead of leaving negative feedback, this ebay store is my lively hood as i use this to provide for my family.
