Double vinyl LP pressing housed in gatefold jacket. Includes bonus tracks. After a contract race with Creation and Opal Records, Catherine Wheel signed to Fontana. In June 1992, they released their debut album, Ferment, which was produced by Tim Friese-Greene, who had just recently finished working with Talk Talk. It's muscular rock was often mesmeric, and it's lead single Black Metallic created huge interest. The album was ranked No 23 in Pitchfork's 50 Best Shoegaze albums of all time. Also included is the three-track live 12" EP, recorded at Bath Moles Club on 6 November 1991.

    I ordered this LP on the 5th but USPS didn't get it til the 11th..so, as long as you're not in a big hurry to get your record, this seller is great! If you are..well. Shipping was really fast and was packed very well. Album was just as described, brand new and in pristine condition. Seller communication was VERY good.
