Very disappointed that the seller asked "Make An Offer" and I offered 20cents (approx.) off the asking price of US$13.35 and the seller rejected the offer. If you are not going to accept a reasonable offer then I would say, don't ask buyers to "Make An Offer". It wastes everybody's time.
