Greetings,
I was happy to receive my new Betsy Ross doll In a timely manner. I guess I missed reading about her poor physical condition. When I first opened the box, her head was laying next to her shoulder! Quite disturbing when you are not expecting it. I continued to go over her and found her legs hanging out of the joints. I have read that these dolls need to be restrung at times . There is no doll hospital around where I live and I would rather send it back to you. What to you recommend?

Sorry you are not happy. Doll was in brand new condition when sent..I always take returns no questions asked however I got no opportunity to correct any issues you had.
