The sphere I got was much smaller than the "large" in the title and pictures. I waited over a week for a resolution and the only thing they offered was a partial refund. Which I expressed was not a satisfactory outcome and has still not been a positive experience. This tells me they don't actually have large spheres and the ad that is still up is misleading more people. The simple solution was to send the right size. But they wouldn't even acknowledge that idea.
