Selling something with factory part numbers but bits missing!! The agreeing to take return until I send a return request then declining it when actioned. Rogue

This was sold on the 8th May, the returns period is 30 days from that date which has now passed given it is the 24th June.
Furthermore the item was clearly pictured with all parts included on show, the part number relates to the motor (being stamped onto it) not any other parts. Asking for items not included in the listing nor pictures is against eBay policy. If it were a generic manufacturer image I could understand an issue but it wasn't. You received exactly what was shown.
