Shipping took a while, but I knew that when I purchased. The rings are new, and packaged well. All rings fit best on the lower end of the diameter measurement range. so at 182mm, the rings will close. Anything larger and they will not close but will be held together by the bolt. Anything larger than 185mm and the bolt will no longer reach to secure the ring.
