    Seller described these frames as silver but they are heavily layered in gold glitter. I showed the seller a photo against the same frame in silver and a clear yellowy contrast can be seen. The wrong 6 x 4 frame was sent, not the one advertised. Messaged the seller who told me to message eBay who said message the seller again or apply for a refund. I messaged the seller again to talk about some sort of compromise as these weren’t the frames I wanted at all but they wouldn’t respond.

    I'm sorry to have received negative feedback for this transaction. I did message Buyer twice requesting they contact Ebay via the Bot service and request to speak to an Adviser. This was the advice given to me from an Adviser on 23/08/25. Nothing in the last message from Buyer mentioned compromise as to a resolution.
