I tried contacting the seller several different times and I got NO response! I tried contacting eBay and again crickets! This was really a frustrating process when things go totally wrong! The Blue Ray was delivered Friday. When I insert the disk into my Samsung player I get a grinding noise because it's too thick and fails to load. I tried several of my disk and they load OK. I finally got it to load, and it hangs up on the red banner a WB Discovery Company. Can I get a replacement that works??
