Yes, it was, and I refunded straight away. If I had not shipped or refunded, then I would deserve a negative, but not when I refunded within 24 hours. I was unable to ship this out due to a family emergency and was not sure when I would be able to ship it. Should I have waited a week to ship? Or refund immediately? I believe I did the right thing.
