The condition of blouse was very used, the interface was worn. The blouse reeked of cigarettes strong. The quality wasn't worth price for used.

sorry for your experience however the description stated that the blouse was used as well as pointed out that there were a few marks of discoloration....as far as reeking of cigarette smoke, no one smokes here and every item is washed before stored ...so Im not sure as to why it would reek of smoke.
