Item was not fully functional after I asked very specific questions about functionality and was told there were no problems. Strum button works maybe half the time. Controller randomly de-syncs from Xbox. Seller initially said we could set up a return but then ghosted me for weeks without a single response. Highly advise avoiding doing business here unless you consider risk of dishonesty and lack of transparency.

This is false. Sold on 4/12. Shipped 4/14. Recieved message after shipped asking if functional and I said yes because it was. He received on 4/18 messaged and said strum was sticking. I said he could open a return. Crickets. 5/8 left this review and sent a horrible message. I did not respond. 5/13 opened return and I accepted. Would not do business with buyer again
