The fan is a little flimsy (be careful when getting in the car or you might knock it loose from the seat) and a little loud, but this is to be expected for the price. It's a pretty good design and does indeed help air out my back while driving. It has 3 speeds (cycle through the speeds with the button on the power cord) and resets to Off when you start the car. At the lowest speed, the fan is comparable to my car's vent fans at medium-low. Shipping was quick.
