I generated the label for you to return the item, had I realised you wanted a personalised message I would have sent one. As for the damage it is a tiny scrape on the bottom of the box that wasn't there when sent. The contents will still be in perfect condition and yet I offered a £15 discount if you kept the item which you refused. How come it's always the under 10 rated ebayers that leave negative and tell sellers to be more professional when they have no business experience?
