The motor was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box with no filling so the motor jostled and ripped two sides of the box in shipping. So thus the one star on ship.This motor was purchased as a backup so we have not installed it. The motor did not come with any mfg information. We were told the motor had a 30 day warranty with seller and a one year with mfg. There are no details about such as the motor was not shipped in an OEM box. When we install we will be able to provide an update.
