Although the order was slow and very complicated and has not yet, the seller communicated with me to right the issue, provide me a discount on a replacement order, and provided tracking information to allow me to verify that it has cleared customs. I cannot comment on the quality of the merchandise because it still has not arrived, but my original refund did come through, and I see that the vendor is making an earnest effort to get the new order to me.
