Orderd sent offer with free ship accepted offer then backed out said didn't look at message with free ship. When you make an offer you allways send a messege with it but sellers don't read the messages. Iv had this happen several times.

It clearly didn't show on the mobile app in which your offer was accepted as I stated to you. You were refunded immediately upon your request to cancel when you didn't want to pay the shipping which was automatically charged to you from eBay since we buyers can't invoice on automatic payment methods upon accepted offers.
