My purchase was defective and not shown properly in then listing. this seller wouldn't accept my return even though I was able to prove my case. I had to file a claim with ebay, whom I knew would cover me under their buyer protection warrantee. It was very unprofessional the buyer didn't know this and tried to keep me from getting the return/refund I deserved. They should know better, and hopefully they do now.
