    I don't know why I didn't think of getting one of these earlier! Got so sick of chopping up garlic cloves with a knife and then squashing them. Take so much time, I had to pick up one of these soft handled garlic presses, this is the cat's pajamas! Comes out perfectly uniform and just the right texture. And a really excellent seller too!
