The seller chose to disassemble the biscuit cutter and ship in a padded envelope instead of a box. USPS machinery then destroyed the cutter, as seen in the accompanying photos. I do not understand the reasoning behind this decision and my purchase is ruined. Better packing and shipping is recommended in the future.
