I needed to return the hat since it was too small for my head. I took it to the Post Office and they printed the label for me. It was so easy! I would also like to add that I ended up purchasing this from the manufacturer, but it didn't arrive in nearly as good condition as the returned hat. This vendor placed cardboard on either side of the hat to protect it. The manufacturer did NOT! I have to steam and reform the manufacturer's product.
