Paid £5.50 for postage as required, stated 48hr courier service, item estimated delivery date 15-17 June, didn’t actually receive item until 19th June, when challenged the seller says 3 working days dispatch time, 48hr courier service, tried to blame the courier, but it wasn’t actually the courier fault, when it did finally arrive, the packaging for the item was all torn open see photo, luckily the item was ok, but again paying £5.50 for postage, u wud expect it to be packaged better than that

So the courier delivers the item 2 days late and damaged and thats the sellers fault????
Item left these premises the day after payment and in an immaculate Genuine Ford box. A simple message to show me how it arrived and to tell me that it arrived two days late and i would have refunded the postage.

i paid for the item on a Thursday, if u dropped it off the Friday, i wud have had it on time, so i reported it and ur response was to blame the courier for not collecting it till Monday, the tracker stated it was scanned the Monday morning which means u dropped it off Monday morning then courier then picked it up that afternoon, how can the courier pick it up any earlier when it was'nt there till Monday morning??? also wud u have refunded the postage, even tho ur blaming the courier for it????
