    It came missing one controller and its cable charger and both mounting base plates. the "cosmetic damage" is more of a "heavy use" as some of the dents in the unit are rather deep and noticeable, unit was also pretty dirty, had to wash the lanyards and clean the dust off. Unit worked out of the box without any issue so I'm giving a neutral review.
