After 60 years of wearing Lucchese boots, owning dozens of pairs, I know what fits and know my size. I wear 9D. This pair of “9D” boots is Defective. The left boot fits perfectly, as a 9 should. But right footbed is longer (by about 1/2 size) SEE PHOTOS and unwearable. Slips up and down on heel, which is not only uncomfortable but dangerous will eventually cause blistering. This pair is mismatched sizes! RETURN Request DENIED past 30-day mark. BUYER BEWARE. Seller even questioned my honesty! WOW

The proof you provided is not accurate enough to say the boots are defected. Please refer to the size tags listed in the boot by Lucchese. I can provide photos of the size tags listed in the boots I sent prior to shipping if necessary. eBay offers a generous return policy giving buyers 30 days post delivery to dispute any damage or inaccuracies. Unfortunately, you opened this case 16 days after the cut off so I cannot process the return. I did offer other solutions, but you denied them.
