Was dispatched 9 days after payment , only arriving today wasn’t sent till opened a dispute . Caused me to lose a valued customer at my place of work as his bike wasn’t ready in time

This isn't true, you can see by the tracking information that the item was sent prior to the request being opened. It was also sent by a 24 HR service rather than a 48HR service, to make up for the slight delay in dispatch. Please also remember that there is a 3 working day dispatch time, so the order placed on Tuesday should have gone Friday. RM 48 then offers a 2-3 working day delivery, so delivery would likely have been mid the following week. eBay estimates are unreliable at best.
