The item was damaged inside the bubble wrap meaning it was damaged during packing. Now seller acvuding me of maipulating the item? wants me to send it back so he can assess the situation and make a decision whether or not to give a 50% refund. All this for a $15 sale. Not worth it! Just throwing the can away in recycle bin and call it a day. Strange way to do business. Would never buy again.
