Needs better packing job. Open board came in just a thin plastic mailing envelope, no other insulation. The top of the two electrolytic capacitors on the LV side were dented and mashed down, not punctured and may still work. The power indicator chip LED was smashed. I can repair, but I'd suggest a bubble mailer, or at least a layer of bubble wrap put around these supplies before sending, thanks for your attention.
