EXCELLENT condition, well packed, virtually no counters had been punched at all. It rather looked like somebody started to think about playing the game, punched out a couple of counters, then changed their mind. All counters were present and there's a HUGE number of ship plotting sheets...I don't think any had been used at all! All of the rules are there, together with two more photocopied sets of the same. I again suspect that folks got ready to play but changed their mind. Good seller!
